When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients/patients. To be respectful of fellow clients/patients, please call our Spa at 864-772-3100 as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.
If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least a 24-hour time period in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another person access to that appointment time. If cancellation is less than 24 hours, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 3 hours prior to the time of any scheduled appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 100% the service price. All no-shows or cancellations less than a 3-hour window will be charged 100% of the missed or cancelled appointment. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation/no-show fees will be charged to your card on file.
