Do I have to undress completely for a massage?
Only to your comfort level! You’ll be fully draped during the session, and our therapists are trained to always ensure your privacy and comfort. Most guests undress to their underwear or go nude beneath the sheets, but it’s entirely up to you.
Can I request a male or female therapist?
Absolutely. We want you to feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible. When booking, just let us know your preference and we’ll do our best to accommodate it. Names and photos of each therapist are also provided during online booking.
What should I expect during my first massage visit?
Before your massage, you’ll be asked to fill out a brief intake form. This helps your therapist understand your health history, areas of tension, and any specific goals or concerns. The therapist will review this with you before beginning your service.
During the massage:
- You’ll undress to your comfort level and lie on the table under a sheet and blanket.
- Your therapist will only uncover the area being worked on and will ensure your privacy at all times.
- The pressure and techniques can be adjusted to your preferences—just let your therapist know what feels best.
Afterward, we recommend drinking water and taking it easy to help your body fully enjoy the benefits.
Is tipping required or included?
Gratuity is not included in the service price but is always appreciated.
Tips typically range from 20% to 25% of the service total, depending on your satisfaction. You can tip in cash, or add it at checkout if paying by card.
Skincare Made Simple
What type of facial is best for my skin?
Every person’s skin is different, which is why we offer customized facials based on your specific skin type, concerns, and goals. Whether you’re dealing with dryness, acne, sensitivity, or aging, our licensed estheticians will help you choose the best treatment for your needs during your consultation.
What should I expect during a facial?
Your facial will begin with a brief skin consultation, where your esthetician will assess your skin type and talk through your concerns and goals.
Most facials include:
-
Deep cleansing
-
Gentle exfoliation
-
Steam and extractions (if needed)
-
A customized mask
-
Targeted serums and moisturizers
-
Relaxing facial massage
We also offer optional add-ons like dermaplaning, LED light therapy, or enzyme peels to enhance your results. Your esthetician will guide you on what’s best for your skin.
The entire experience is designed to be both relaxing and results-driven, so you’ll leave feeling refreshed and glowing.
How often should I get a facial?
For most skin types, we recommend getting a facial once a month, or every 4-6 weeks to maintain healthy, glowing skin. If you have specific concerns—like acne, hyperpigmentation, or signs of aging—more frequent treatments may be suggested as part of a targeted skincare plan.
Will my skin be red or irritated after a facial?
Some mild redness is common immediately after a facial, especially if extractions were performed, but it typically fades within a few hours. Most clients leave with their skin feeling refreshed, clean, and radiant.
Can I wear makeup after a facial?
It’s best to give your skin time to breathe after a facial. We recommend waiting at least 6 to 12 hours before applying makeup—especially heavy or oil-based products—to avoid clogging your pores and to allow your skin to fully absorb the benefits of the treatment.

Neuromodulators & Filler FAQ
What's the difference between Neuromodulators and Dermal Fillers?
Both Neuromodulators and dermal fillers are popular injectable treatments for reducing the appearance of wrinkles—but they work in different ways.
- Neuromodulators relaxes targeted facial muscles to smooth out dynamic lines caused by movement (like crow’s feet or forehead lines).
- Dermal fillers add volume beneath the skin to soften static lines and enhance features like lips or cheeks.
In short: Neuromodulators freeze the muscle, while fillers plump the skin.
A consultation with our team can help determine which option—or combination—is right for your goals.

How long do neuromodulators or fillers last?
Neuromodulator results usually last 3 to 4 months, depending on the treatment area and how your body responds. With regular treatments, some clients notice results lasting a bit longer over time.
Dermal fillers can last anywhere from 6 months to 2 years, depending on the type of filler used, the treatment area, and individual metabolism.
For example:
- Lip fillers may last 6 to 12 months
- Cheek or under-eye fillers can last up to 18 months or more
During your consultation, we’ll help you understand what to expect based on your unique goals and treatment plan.

Does it hurt to get neuromodulators or fillers?
Most clients describe the feeling as a quick pinch or slight pressure—very tolerable and over in seconds.
- Neuromodulators injections use a very fine needle and typically involve minimal discomfort.
- Dermal fillers may cause a bit more pressure or stinging, but we often apply numbing cream beforehand to make the experience more comfortable.
If you’re nervous about pain, don’t worry—our team will walk you through every step and ensure you’re as relaxed as possible.

Is there any downtime after neuromodulators or fillers?
There’s little to no downtime with neuromodulators or dermal fillers, and most clients return to their normal activities right after their appointment.
That said, you might experience some mild swelling, redness, or bruising at the injection sites. These usually fade within a few hours to a couple of days.
For best results, we recommend:
- Avoiding strenuous exercise for 24 hours
- Staying upright (no lying down) for 4 hours after Botox
- Avoiding alcohol or blood thinners before and after treatment to minimize bruising
Our team will provide personalized aftercare tips to help you feel confident and comfortable as you heal.
