Botox is a neuromodulator/neurotoxin that can be used to soften wrinkles. It takes 14 days for full results to be visible. The following are the areas we can treat with Botox. Most clients will need between 40-60 units ($480-$720) as a good estimate.

While Botox Cosmetic serves to soften wrinkles, filler does just that: FILLS unwanted areas of volume loss due to the aging process. We can place filler into the cheeks, nasolabial folds (vertical lines between nose and mouth), chin, marionette lines (lines from corners of mouth to chin), as well as often deep-set wrinkles of the lower face. This is a natural hyaluronic acid product that can be used to restore shape and contour. We usually recommend one syringe (which is equal to one teaspoon of product). For perspective, ten syringes of filler would equal one standard ketchup packet. 
 
Filler products last between 1-2 years.

Also known as Ozempic, this is a once-a-week injection used to promote weight loss. It works in the body by increasing insulin production and decreasing the amount of sugar and simple carbohydrates stored in the body. It is an injection into the subcutaneous tissue of the abdomen. At Meridian, we will do an initial consult to make sure the client is a good candidate for this therapy based on past medical history and existing medication conditions, ensure weight loss goals are obtainable with this therapy, and the PA/RN will write lab orders to be completed prior to treatment. Follow-ups will be monthly at the med spa, with the next month of medication provided. We will educate clients on self-injections. Patients may also return weekly if they would prefer injections to occur with a provider. As mentioned above, we can pair injections with B12 to assist and promote weight loss.
