Our Policy – Appointment Cancellation
When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients/patients. To be respectful of fellow clients/patients, please call our Spa at 864-772-3100 as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.
If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least a 24-hour time period in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another person access to that appointment time. If cancellation is less than 24 hours from booking, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied. After 24 hours, you may be charged a cancellation fee of 100% the service price. All no-shows or cancellations over 24 hours of scheduling will be charged 100% of the missed or cancelled appointment. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation/no-show fees will be charged to your card on file.
